Mohu invented an antenna that delivers over-the-air TV channels and streaming video from popular services (Amazon Fire TV, Chromcast, Apple TV, and Roku) to smartphones and tablets. It’s called Airwave. The advantage is that you can watch TV on your mobile device anywhere in a local area network. All you need is the Mohu TV app and the Airwave antenna. The antenna is wireless and uses ClearPix Technology, which automatically adjusts the reception on Android and iOS devices.
Users can browse through channels on their mobile devices with a program guide that is similar to a TV Guide. It includes program descriptions. Up to 14 days of upcoming content is displayed. You can select your favorite channels.
Airwave will be available Spring 2017.

There aren’t that many households that don’t have cable or satellite TV. According to the LA Times, 11% of U.S. households depend solely on over-the-air broadcasts for TV viewing. That’s about 12.3 million homes.
